Standard hourly onsite rate when scheduled	$ 85.00/hr*
Emergency Call to site - 4 Hr Response time	$ 100.00 **
Weekend rate (Friday after 2pm through and including Sunday)	$ 100.00/hr*
Troubleshoot/diagnose offsite includes remote and telephone support	$ 85.00/hr
Troubleshoot/diagnose onsite	$ 85.00/hr*
Hardware build/Software install	$ 85.00/hr
Website Design Offsite	$ Per Quote
Custom Software Design	$ Per Quote
Monthly Maintenance Contract (day/week)	$ Per Quote

Computer hardware and software are quoted at current market prices. Quotes upon request

** Does not include hourly rate - This is a one time Flat fee per Call

We are now offering Pre-Paid Annual Maintenance Contracts***

4 hour add-on 340.00

Minimum block usage - 4 hours unless negotiated otherwise
Overages at standard hourly rate unless add-on contract purchased
Hours expire on anniversary (i.e. 3rd of February to 3rd of February the following year)
*** Emergency Call fee may apply if onsite date / time not pre-arranged
